Linstow Baltic sells major land plot to Rimi Latvia

Real estate developer and manager Linstow Baltic has sold the 3.6-hectare property located at Brīvības gatve 382, Riga to retailer Rimi for EUR 8 million. The land plot is located next to the Akropole Alfa shopping centre. This is the largest land transaction, both by area and value, in Riga in 2023.
