About
Lina Charašauskaitė is a Senior Associate at the Banking and Finance Practice Group. Her main areas of expertise are Corporate Governance, Financial Services Regulatory, as well as Private M&A and Compliance. Before joining COBALT, she worked in an international company as a lawyer on corporate governance issues. Also, Lina has worked in the Permanent Representation of Lithuania to the EU (Belgium), where she participated in the preparation and coordination of drafting EU directives in various legal fields, and intermediated with the European Commission. Lina holds a Master’s degree in Law from Mykolas Romeris University (EU law).
