The sole owner of the engineering bureau SBA Service sold his stake to the mechanical engineering company Hekotek.

SBA Service is a company that offers a full production cycle of Automated Process Control Systems. SBA Service has been making automation and electrical systems for all pellet plants built by Hekotek for 20 years.
