The shareholders of TMB Element sells its shares to INHUS

INHUS acquired TMB Element, one of the leading producers of concrete elements in the Baltic states. INHUS is a longstanding supplier of ‘Design-build’ projects in Estonia, Lithuania, Sweden and the United Kingdom.

According to the CEO of TMB Element Jaanus Mumm, the cooperation with INHUS creates a good synergy for the development and expansion of TMB’s operations through greater additional technical competence in design, production and assambly of concrete elements to provide the best service in this region. Jaan Luts, a supervisory board member of TMB Element states that consolidation is necessary to compete better in the changing environment and demanding economy. He adds that TMB Element will have even better possibilities for growth in export markets and development in general as a member of a larger group of companies.
