Practica Capital and Market One Capital, as lead investors, invested €2 million in Eany.io, a Lithuanian start-up that will bring fundamental changes to the B2B (business-to-business) electronics, home and DIY sector to optimise and improve supply chain efficiency.

This investment will help Eany.io to optimise its operations and prepare for its expected growth. Practica Capital is confident that the experience and technical capabilities of the Eany.io team will successfully contribute to the creation of a high value business-to-business (B2B) market.

Marcin Kurek, Managing Partner at Market One Capital, notes that although things are still in the early stages of the B2B market transformation, the trends are evident and that is why the choice was made to support Eany.io’s founders, who are digitising a very large and highly fragmented sector.

Practica Capital Partner Alvydas Bložė is delighted that Practica Capital is able to contribute to the efforts to reduce clutter and disconnection between brands and consumers. Structural inefficiencies in access, logistics and warehousing are factors that are often exploited by established intermediaries.

COBALT advised Practica Capital on all aspects of the investment, including structuring, due diligence, drafting of the investment documentation and closing the transaction.

The project was led by Partner Akvilė Bosaitė, Senior Associate Vytautas Vosylius and other lawyers.
