Pocopay won a lawsuit against Iute Group

COBALT successfully represented Pocopay in litigation with Iute Group. Iute Group AS sued Pocopay AS, demanding payment of nearly 800 000 euros, but because of the court proceedings, Iute Group had to pay nearly 500,000 euros to Pocopay itself. The court found, among other things, that IuteCredit’s (currently Iute Group AS) claims in this case were contradictory, vitally implausible and scattered. Iute Group has paid Pocopay the amount granted by the court.
