Logistics group Alsendo acquires Lithuanian company Siusk24

A Polish logistics technology platform controlled by the private investment fund Abris Capital Partners has acquired UAB Visas Transportas, the provider of Siusk24 and Cargobooking services, for an undisclosed amount. The transaction is subject to approval by the Lithuanian Competition Council.

Alsendo Logistics Group, one of the largest providers of delivery management solutions in Central Europe, has been actively expanding its business since 2021. Alsendo operates as an integrated multi-carrier parcel broker, partnering with courier delivery companies in the region. The company primarily serves e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and small- to medium-sized enterprises.

Since 2014, UAB Visas Transportas has offered parcel coordination services for cross-border shipments, handling an average of approximately 20,000 shipments per month. Its courier brokerage service, Siusk24, has mainly catered to small and medium-sized enterprises.

According to Alsendo’s announcement, the acquisition will strengthen its position in the Baltic parcel services market and provide access to new customer groups, advanced technology, and operational know-how.
