Linstow Baltic modernises parking services in Riga with Snabb’s innovative technology
2025 - 02 - 07
Real estate developer and manager Linstow Baltic has selected Snabb as the new parking operator for all its properties in Riga.
Snabb’s expansion into Riga will introduce major innovations. License plate recognition cameras will replace traditional ticket terminals, and contactless payments will be available at exits. Customers will also have more flexibility in payment methods, as Snabb partners with Mobilly, a major parking app in the region with over a million users.
Under the new agreement, Snabb will manage parking at Origo shopping center, the Radisson Blu Latvija and Radisson Elizabete hotels, as well as multiple open-air parking areas in central Riga. Snabb has operated in Ülemiste, the largest shopping and entertainment center in Estonia, developed and managed by Linstow Baltic, since January 2024.
COBALT, led by Partner Toms Šulmanis, provided legal support to Linstow Baltic in entering into lease agreements for its parking facilities with Snabb.
