Legal assistance to an owner of fuel retail network in Latvia regarding environmental liability issues

COBALT prepared legal analysis regarding environmental liability of an owner of fuel retail network in Latvia. The assignment covered two main scenarios:

1. liability of the owner in case the infrastructure is rented to a third party;
2. liability in case of sale of the infrastructure.
