Legal advice on reconstruction of Riga TTP-2 second unit

AS Latvenergo has entered an agreement with a Turkish company GAMA Guc Sistemleri Muhendislik ve Taahhut for construction of a combined cycle gas turbine plant within the framework of the second stage of reconstruction of Riga TTP-2. The total contract sum is ca. EUR 368 million. The project is currently the largest industrial project in Latvia expected to create 500 new working places in the construction industry.

COBALT advised AS Latvenergo throughout the entire process of preparing the negotiated procedure documents and the agreement, as well as assisted in the negotiations with the contractor.
