Karma Ventures makes an additional investment in V2X solutions company Commsignia

Karma Ventures’ portfolio company Commsignia closed a USD 15 million Series B fundraising round. The round was led by PortfoLion Capital Partners, Inventure, Day One Capital and Inference Partners, together with Partech, Credo Ventures, and Karma Ventures. This investment will help Commsignia strengthen its leadership and grow faster in new markets and geographies as the digital transformation of the transport and automotive industry gains momentum.

Commsignia is the largest company fully dedicated to Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) solutions with over 140 employees. The company’s V2X products connect the entire traffic ecosystem, working together with partners in the automotive sector as well as those from the infrastructure operator side.

Karma Ventures is a venture capital fund specializing in late seed and A-round investments in Europe’s most promising technology startups.
