Jesse Kivisaari and Lembit Tedder join the partnership at COBALT Estonia

We are delighted to announce that current Managing Associates Jesse Kivisaari and Lembit Tedder will join the partnership at COBALT Estonia.

Partner Jesse Kivisaari will continue to work in the M&A team as the head of the Finnish Desk, while Partner Lembit Tedder will continue to work in the dispute resolution team as the co-head of the White-Collar practice group.

According to COBALT Estonia Board Member Kristel Raidla-Talur, this is a natural and welcome development for the company. As one of the largest law firms in Estonia, we have many lawyers with long-term experience and over time the partnership will grow based on this talent pool.

Jesse’s strengths include extensive knowledge of Finland, an understanding of Finnish business culture, and fluency in Finnish as a native language. He has long-term experience and connections that enable him to provide effective legal services in M&A transactions as well as other projects in cooperation with strategic partners based in Finland.

Lembit specializes in protecting and representing clients in connection with white collar crime. He has extensive experience in dealing with cases involving money laundering, embezzlement, misuse of trust, unauthorized use of trade secrets, and so-called cartel offenses, as well as conducting internal investigations related to these issues.
