Diaspolis wins legal proceedings over the purchase of buckwheat of poor quality

Diaspolis, a Polish seller of cereals, has successfully overcome legal challenges in Lithuania related to the purchase of goods of poor quality. The company, one of the largest cereal sellers in Poland, is delighted with the victory, which has protected its reputation and demonstrated its strong commitment to providing high quality products.

Diaspolis has purchased 108 tonnes of organic buckwheat, which was subsequently found to contain substances not authorised for ecological production. Following this discovery, the buckwheat was banned from the market and Diaspolis had to recall it from its customers.

The company, having suffered significant losses, decided to take legal action against the seller, seeking justice and compensation for the damage suffered. The legal proceedings were long and complex, but ended in the client’s favour. The company was not only defended against the seller’s unreasonable demands to pay for defective goods, but also received compensation for the damages suffered.
