Decathlon to open a new store at Spice Home

Decathlon, a global leader in multi-brand sports retail, has signed a lease agreement with Spice Home shopping center to open a new 3,000 square meter store. The store is set to open in mid-2025 and will become one of the center’s primary tenants.

To accommodate Decathlon’s arrival, over EUR 1 million will be invested in infrastructure and environmental improvements.

COBALT team including Partners Toms Šulmanis and Dace Silava-Tomsone and Associate Krista Helmūte provided legal support to Decathlon in entering the lease agreement with Spice Home.
