Conus Assets sells logistics center, leased by ELP Logistics OÜ, to EfTEN

Conus Assets signed a contract with EfTEN Härgmäe OÜ, a subsidiary of EfTEN Real Estate Fund AS, for the sale of properties located at Härgmäe 8 and Piimamehe 7 in Tallinn, where a newly constructed logistics and business center of ELP Logistics OÜ is located. The total sale price of the properties is 8,800,000 euros. The properties will continue to be leased by ELP Logistics OÜ under a long-term agreement.

EfTEN Real Estate Fund AS, founded in 2015, is a public closed real estate fund primarily targeting retail investors. EfTEN Härgmäe OÜ is a 100% subsidiary of the fund. Conus Assets, owned by Ivar Vendelin, is a real estate developer.
