COBALT wins in domain name dispute before the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center

COBALT has achieved a win for a client, regarding rights to the domain name after filling a complaint in May, 2022 with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center (the “Center”). The Center’s Administrative Panel found that the disputed domain name, consisting of well-known brand name in Latvia, had been registered and was being used in bad faith by the Respondent. In accordance with the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy and its Rules, the Panel ordered that the disputed domain name be transferred to the Complainant.
