COBALT successfully represents Nordnet OÜ in trade mark dispute

COBALT successfully represented Nordnet OÜ, a company specialising in handling chilled and frozen products, in a trade mark dispute with Linford AS.

The dispute arose from the fact that in its activities the opposing party was using a trade mark which was confusingly similar to the trade mark of our clients, Nordnet OÜ. To protect their rights, our client filed an action with Harju County Court, which the court satisfied in full. The courts of higher jurisdiction also agreed that our client’s rights had been violated and as a result the county court judgment remained in force.
