COBALT successfully represented the Estonain Ministry of the Environment in a court case regarding a monetary claim of Monoliit OÜ against the Ministry of the Environment.

The Ministry of the Environment was represented by COBALT partner Liina Linsi and senior associate Kaidi Reiljan-Sihvart.
