COBALT successfully represented its client in dispute against Fund Ehitus

COBALT was successful in representing KLV Ehitus, a construction company of Tartu that operates all over Estonia, in a dispute with Fund Ehitus, a main contractor and construction project management company. The dispute concerned an invoice for performed works which had not been paid by Fund Ehitus. On the basis of the judgment of the Circuit Court which entered into force last week, Fund Ehitus will have to pay for the unreceived wages to the full extent.
