COBALT successfully represented an international retail company in a criminal case

COBALT successfully represented and advised an international retail company in a criminal case, in which its former employee was accused of embezzling more than EUR 80,000. The criminal case resulted in a conviction for embezzling on a large-scale basis by the former employee and full satisfaction of the civil action.
