Mergermarket has announced the shortlisted firms for the Mergermarket European M&A Awards 2024, and COBALT has been nominated for the Legal Adviser of the Year award in the Baltics.
We are thrilled that COBALT has been shortlisted for this prestigious award. It is particularly rewarding as the nominations are based on Mergermarket’s league table analysis, recognizing the top firms by volume, value, and highest-ranking local advisers in each country category.
The winners will be revealed at the awards ceremony on 27th November at the Natural History Museum in London.
