COBALT represents TVG in the sale of the Baltic cloud services distribution company to Pax8

COBALT advised TVG, a leading cloud services and software distributor in the Baltic States, on the sale of its 100% shares to Pax8. The acquisition will provide Pax8 entrance into Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania to continue advancing digital transformation globally.

TVG is one of the leading cloud service and software distributors in the region, operating in the Baltic States for more than 20 years. The company is the official distributor of Microsoft, Adobe, Corel, Altaro, TeamViewer, ManageEngine and other major global software service and solution vendors in the region.

COBALT provided comprehensive legal advice to TVG within the sale, including drafting transactional documentation, representing the client in negotiations with the buyer, and providing relevant IP advice.
