COBALT represents Austrian investment fund in exit from the investment

COBALT represented SRED GmbH, Austrian internationally operating real estate firm specializing in developments and investments in CEE/SEE, in its exit from the Latvian investment. The transaction involved multi-party arrangement to sell the real estate SPV holding a property for development in the down-town of Riga, Skanstes area, and refinancing of the loan of Raiffeisen Bank International AG by Novira Capital, Estonian non-bank financier.
