COBALT represents AS Danske Bank at the Satversme Court (the Constitutional Court of Latvia)

COBALT successfully represented AS Danske Bank before the Satversme Court, challenging a regulation which allowed completion of the insolvency process in spite of the fact that legal proceedings about a person’s recognition as a creditor were in progress in a court of general jurisdiction.
