COBALT represented private investors in the purchase of a retail and office building in Vilnius

The COBALT team represented private investors in the purchase of a retail and office building located on Žirmūnų st. 107 from the closed joint-stock company AMG Property.

The building was built in 2007 and has a total area of ​​5,800 m². A distinctive feature of the building is energy efficiency and minimal building operation and administration costs. The building is characterized by exceptional architectural solutions, rational planning, and harmonious integration into the context of the Žirmūnai district.
