COBALT represented AS Tere in the criminal case against its former manager Oliver Kruuda. The district court found Oliver Kruuda guilty of intentionally providing false information to the tax authority in the turnover declarations of AS Tere. Oliver Kruuda was given a suspended sentence of 3,5 years.
