COBALT represented and successfully defended security service UAB GRIFS AG in Lithuanian courts

COBALT represented UAB GRIFS AG, a licensed security service for a multinational capital, and won a case before the Lithuanian Court of Appeal.

GRIFS AG was founded in Lithuania in 2003 and is part of GRIFS AG International, one of the leading security companies in the Baltic States. The security company is one of the largest security companies in Lithuania and the Baltic States, with more than 1,500 employees and 11,400 clients in the private and public sectors.

Another company operating in Lithuania sought to recover almost EUR 500 000 in damages from GRIFS AG UAB for alleged failure to perform its client’s obligations properly.

COBALT represented and successfully defended the security company both at first instance and on appeal. COBALT’s team in this project consisted of partner Marius Inta and senior associate Valdemaras Kovalevskis.
