COBALT is recognised as one of the leading Baltic law firms in the CEE region by the number of deals advised in 2022, according to mergers and acquisitions (M&A) rankings presented by Mergermarket. Our team advised on a total of 31 ranked deals in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. To qualify for inclusion in the ranking, the deal value of the M&A transaction must be at least USD 5 million, and it must involve a transfer of at least a 5% ownership stake.
