COBALT in cooperation with Wiersholm has assisted Visma with divestment of its Custom Solutions business

In cooperation with the law firm Wiersholm COBALT assisted Visma in their agreed sale of the Custom Solutions business, a leading consulting business in the Nordic region, to CVC Capital Partners (CVC), a Luxembourg private equity fund manager.

Visma Custom Solutions consists of 25 companies in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Lithuania with over 2000 employees and 8000 customers in the private and public sector. Visma’s IT consulting business, focusing on digital transformation, has been a part of the Visma Custom Solutions division and is a leading provider of mission-critical IT solutions and data-driven technologies.
