COBALT has been recognised as the best law firm in the Baltics in the 2024 Prospera Law Firm Review

COBALT has been ranked as one of the two top law firms in the Baltics in the 2024 Prospera Law Firm Review, which surveys the largest users of legal services.

This level of excellence has been achieved by exceptional team-work at each of our offices. COBALT Latvia has been recognised as the best law firm in Latvia by Prospera for the sixth time in the last seven years. Our Lithuanian colleagues achieved the second place, with the performance score steadily rising for the past few years. Estonian office keeps its strong overall score and is among the top law firms, contributing to our No.1 ranking in the Baltics.

This year, the Latvian office has received the highest ever performance evaluations, being ranked as the best in the areas of business advisory, strategic speaking partner, client understanding, availability and service, project management, international competence, reputation, lawyers’ skills, large projects, and integrity and ethics. The firm’s team of experts achieved top rankings in 12 out of the 14 practice areas analysed. These include M&A, banking and finance, dispute resolution, competition and EU, public procurement, employment, intellectual property, real estate, private equity, energy, corporate advisory, and government relations.

This survey analyses the performance, legal expertise, and market position of law firms. Each year, the review includes companies and organisations with the largest outsourced legal budgets.
