COBALT counselled the sale of real estate website City24

COBALT counselled their long-term client Alma Media Corporation listed on Helsinki stock exchange NASDAQ OMX upon the sale of the real estate website City24 to an Estonian venture capital business KOHA Capital that gained attention with the purchase of BNS this spring. The particulars of the transaction are not disclosed at the agreement of the parties.

The real estate website City24 is a web environment that brings together real estate sellers and buyers, and whose sister websites operate also in Latvia and Lithuania in addition to Estonia. The website is visited by almost 140 000 unique users every week, and more than 35 000 real estate ads are mediated to them.
