COBALT counselled Combimill upon acquisition of subsidiary of Finnish timber co-operative

COBALT counselled the Estonian-owned Combimill upon acquisition of Metsä Wood Eesti which is an Estonian subsidiary of the Finnish timber co-operative Metsä Group.

Together with the purchase agreement, the parties entered into a co-operation agreement for supply of raw material and resale of finished products. This transaction doubles the production output of the timber company Combimill and substantially extends its product portfolio. The parties have agreed not to disclose the value of the transaction.
