COBALT counselled AS TV3 upon acquisition of Internet advertising company SmartAD

COBALT counselled the television channel TV3 owned by Modern Times Group upon acquisition of SmartAD, a company based on Estonian capital. SmartAD is a company that is developing unique Internet advertising technologies and offers targeted advertising solutions on the Internet in all three Baltic States. The parties have agreed not to make the transaction value public.

From COBALT, the client was counselled by partner Peeter Kutman and senior associate Ave Piik assisted by lawyer Sille Rästas.
