COBALT assists in sale of two real estates nearby Riga International Airport

COBALT advised a client in a sale transaction of two real estates at Ulmana gatve, nearby Riga International Airport. The real estates comprise 2.3 ha of land and the former British American Tobacco Latvia office and warehouse building. The properties were sold in a share deal to Moller Real Estate Baltic AS for further expansion of Møller Mobility Group car dealer network.
