COBALT advised U.S. contact management company FullContact Inc. in the acquisition of 100% shares of Latvian IT start-up Cobook. COBALT acted as legal advisor for FullContact Inc., conducting legal due diligence of Cobook and drafting the share purchase agreement and all other necessary transaction documents.
