COBALT advises the shareholders of Maksekeskus on the sale of Maksekeskus to Luminor Bank

COBALT advises the shareholders of Maksekeskus on the sale of a 99% stake of Maksekeskus to Luminor Bank.
In the course of the transaction, Inbank, Omniva, Olsson & Nielsen Nordic and the company’s CEO Art Lukas sold their shares, which together accounted for 99% of the shares of the company.

Maksekeskus offers e-shops and their customers secure and convenient payment solutions and other services related to e-commerce in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Finland. Luminor Bank is the third-largest financial services provider in Baltics.

COBALT represented the client´s interests in negotiations, conducted vendor legal due diligence, drafted documentation, and advised the client on all other issues related to the transaction.
