COBALT Law Firm advises majority shareholder of AS TOODE, Amber Trust II S.C.A. in the sale of its shares to Joris Ide NV, which belongs to the global construction solutions provider Kingspan Group. Kingspan Group shares are listed on the Euronext Dublin stock exchange. Last year, the group earned 784 million euros in operating profit with sales revenue of 8.4 billion euros. AS TOODE is a production company, which produces, sells and installs steel roofs, rainwater systems and roof accessories. Last year’s turnover of the company was 65 million euros, and the operating profit was close to 7.4 million euros. The company’s production facilities are located in Saue, Tartu, and Narva, with also a subsidiary in Finland. Last year, the average number of employees of AS TOODE was 195.
