COBALT advises the developers of Mustamäe Centre in the development of a shopping and recreation centre with the most modern multiplex cinema in the Baltics

COBALT is advising the developers of the Mustamäe Centre in the development of a shopping and recreation centre with the most modern multiplex cinema in the Baltics which will be opened in Tallinn, Tammsaare tee.

The main lessees of Mustamäe Centre are Rimi, Apollo multiplex cinema and MyFitness sports club. Various restaurants are planned in the centre with a total area of 2,500 square metres spanning two floors. The development of Mustamäe Centre will cost 23 million euros and the planned end of construction work is at the end on 2015.

Our work included advising client in concluding a financing contract with Swedbank and a construction contract with Astlanda Ehitus and Eventus Ehitus who are going to build the centre. We are also continually advising client in any issues related to the development.
