COBALT advises on acquisition of Slovakia’s financial technologies company SmartPost

COBALT advised Fitek, a company that provides invoice and financing flow solutions (previously known as OpusCapita) on acquisition of Slovakia’s financial technologies company SmartPost.

Our work comprised advising the client during the entire transaction, including preparing transaction documents (SHA, SPA) and conducting the LDD.

The transaction team consisted of Partner Peeter Kutman and Senior Associate Karl Kull. Slovakian law firm Wolf Theiss was engaged for covering local law aspects of the transaction.
