COBALT advises MEKO in the Baltics in the acquisition of Koivunen. Koivunen is the provider of automotive spare parts and related services in Finland, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.

MEKO is a market-leading spare parts distributor in Northern Europe whose shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. The transaction consisted of the acquisition of Koivunen, including its subsidiaries in the Baltics. The enterprise value of the transaction is EUR 122 million on a cash and debt-free basis.
