COBALT advises European Bank for Reconstruction and Development on multiple loans totalling EUR 60 million

COBALT advised EBRD on multiple loans totalling EUR 60 million to a company operating in the fields of forestry, development of bio energy and production of renewable energy. This COBALT assignment included advice on structuring, preparing and negotiating the loan agreements plus a security package.
