COBALT advises ELKO Group in acquisition of DL Distributors OÜ

COBALT advised ELKO Group AS (ELKO) in connection with its acquisition of DL Distributors OÜ (DLD), an importer and wholesale distributor of Dell products in Estonia. COBALT Latvia and Estonia offices acted as legal advisors to ELKO, including advice on transaction structuring, drafting transaction documentation and obtaining clearance by Estonian competition authority.
