COBALT advises BaltCap on sale of Uprent Group

BaltCap Private Equity Fund II (BPEF II) signed an agreement to sell 100% of Uprent Group SIA – a leading specialized pumping company providing dewatering and bypassing solutions in the Baltics and Poland – to a Finnish construction machinery and equipment rental company Renta Group Oy. BPEF II will sell Uprent Group together with its minority shareholders.
