COBALT advises Association for Lymphoma Patients’ Support and the Rare Disease Association Caladrius

COBALT prepared a submission for the Association for Lymphoma Patients’ Support and the Rare Disease Association Caladrius, which was used in Satversme Court Case Nr. 2012-26-03 for the availability and distribution of reimbursable drugs, as well as correspondence on the legal provisions regarding rights to health care and equal treatment guaranteed by the Satversme (the Latvian Constitution).
