COBALT advised AS SEB banka and Danske Bank A/S Latvia Branch in providing syndicated loan to one of the leading glass fibre manufacturers in Europe AS Valmieras stikla šķiedra in the amount of EUR 50.4 million for the expansion of the US plant.
