COBALT advises AS Latvenergo in thermo-power plant reconstruction

AS Latvenergo has signed the agreement with the consortium of Spanish firms IBERDROLA Ingenieria y Consultoria S.A.U. / Iberdrola Generacion S.A.U. for reconstruction of thermo-power plant TEC-2. The investment shall be one of the biggest ever made in Latvia with the total sum of EPC and SMA works reaching EUR 272 million.
