COBALT advises AS DnB Nord Banka on construction of the headquarters in Riga

SIA Merks has entered the agreement with SIA Skanstes 12, a subsidiary of AS DnB NORD banka for designing and construction of office building at Skanstes 12, Riga. The sum of the agreement is EUR 22.2 million.

COBALT advised SIA Skanstes 12 in the matters related to entering the agreement.
