COBALT advised the most significant employer of pharmaceutical personnel in Finland Yliopiston Apteekki OY on selling its pharmacy chain in Estonia to Euroapotheca, forming one of Northern Europe’s leading pharmacy networks. The completion of the transaction is subject to the approval of competition authorities.

We advised the client in all stages of the transaction, including drafting the sales and purchase agreement and representing the client during the negotiations.
