Workland, a leading flexible office space provider, is expanding its network in the Baltics and opening a green coworking centre, Workland Verde, in the newly constructed Class A office complex Verde in Riga. It plans to open the environmentally friendly coworking centre this autumn, investing over EUR 1 million.
Workland Verde centre will be 1,420 m2 large – it will occupy the whole second floor of the Verde A building, which will be turned into an inspiring and functional coworking space. There will be room for around 180 people at the centre.
Workland Group is the largest network of coworking spaces in the Baltics with 13 centres, two in Riga, five in each of Tallinn and Vilnius, and one in Kaunas. In 2022 Workland plans to provide over 7,000 m2 of office space for lease on flexible terms in the Baltics. Altogether, 750 workstations will be set up in three countries.
Verde is an outstandingly green, Class A office building in Riga’s Skanste district. It has been designed with one goal in mind — to improve the well-being and productivity of its residents. The developer and investor of Verde is Capitalica Asset Management. The project’s exclusive lease partner is Colliers.
COBALT team including Managing Partner Dace Silava-Tomsone provided legal assistance to Workland in negotiations with the developer and signing of the lease agreement.
