COBALT advised venture capital fund Hummingbird Ventures on investment in Reiterate

COBALT advised venture capital fund Hummingbird Ventures on leading a 1.25 million euro early-stage seed investment in start-up Reiterate (Iter8 OÜ). The investment round was led by Hummingbird Ventures and was joined by Guy Francis Zerega, JonckHeere Louis Lucien, Pietrerjan Bouten, Ndeavour OÜ, and Tweed Invest OÜ.

The new investment will be used by Reiterate to grow its global engineering and product team to further develop the calculation editor, improve client onboarding and grow traction across Europe and in the UK.

Hummingbird Ventures is a venture capital partner for extraordinary entrepreneurs building fast-growth tech companies.

Founded by an engineering-sales duo that previously built top-selling products at Veriff, Reiterate offers a new generation reconciliation tool for finance, payments, and business intelligence teams. The tool provides a no-code environment for generating automated custom pricing calculations.
